Reporting Infringements

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content broadcast on our audio stream or hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent international intellectual property laws by providing our Legal Department with the following information in writing:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. track title, composer, performance details).
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
Contact details, including address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
